These are the only UK sites that Five Guys says are fully certified by HCO, its halal certification body:

The 29 halal-beef restaurants

At these sites the beef is halal-certified, but the restaurant is not fully certified, because pork bacon stays on the menu. Five Guys says the bacon is cooked on a separate grill and handled with separate utensils to reduce cross-contamination. Bacon cannot be added to milkshakes at these sites.

The list includes Birmingham Five Ways, Bournemouth, Cardiff, Coventry, Dudley (Merry Hill), Edinburgh Fountain Park, Enfield, Glasgow, High Wycombe, Leeds Trinity, Liverpool, Manchester Fort, Manchester Parrs Wood, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Peterborough, Preston, Reading, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent, and in London: Bond Street, Brixton, Croydon Valley, Kensington High Street, Queensway, Westfield Shepherd's Bush, Westfield Stratford, Wimbledon and Wood Green.

Most of these sell Hawkstone beer. Five Guys lists London Bond Street and London Queensway as alcohol-free, even though they still sell bacon.

Whether a halal-beef restaurant that also cooks pork is acceptable is a personal and scholarly judgement. Some Muslims eat there because the beef itself is certified. Others only eat where no pork is handled at all. The three fully certified sites avoid the question.
